New Keto Meals Every Week
Our menu changes every week so you can always look forward to a new and exciting week of healthy ketogenic meals.
Orders are due every Friday by 11:59PM. Your order is then delivered that Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on your location). A keto menu is updated every Saturday at 12AM.
Meals Delivered Right to Your Door
No need to rush home! Your order is kept cool and safe until you get home with recyclable gel packs.
Heat & Eat
Simply follow the heating instructions on your meal either in the microwave or on your stove top to reach an internal temperature of 165F. Plate your meal and enjoy!
Meals & Ordering
Is there a required “plan” or “subscription?”
There is no meal plan or subscription with Keto Fridge. Simply log on to our website weekly and choose your meals.
Why do I have to order a minimum of 5 meals?
We’ve optimized our ability to ship in order to insure maximum freshness upon arrival. Our ability to maintain consistent quality in our delivery is based on this order minimum.
When are my meals prepared?
Our meals are prepared fresh just a day prior to the order being shipped to your home. We do this do insure maximum freshness upon arrival.
How long will my meals stay fresh?
Our meals generally are fresh, if appropriate stored and refrigerated, for 5 days after arrival to your home. If you don’t get to your meal, feel free to freeze your meal to ensure prolonged freshness. Just note, you may need to heat your meal longer than described on the package.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Our meals can be frozen. Please note, you may need to heat your meal longer than described on the package. Meals that are frozen will remain fresh for 1 month.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to all of the United States of America (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
When will my meals arrive?
Meals are currently shipped and delivered the following week an order takes place. We offer 2 delivery-day options per week based on your location and meals are prepared fresh just prior to shipping. If you do not see 2 delivery-day options it is due to us reaching capacity to supply meals for a delivery-day.
Can I deliver to my office?
Yes. Although we do strongly recommend residential delivery, as long as your office building is accessible and within our delivery coverage, we can deliver to your office. Please note, at times orders may arrive after business hours.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No. Your meals are properly insulated and cooled using non-toxic gel packs to keep your meals temperature-safe throughout the day until you arrive home.
